- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The only thing worse than terrible customer service is being told about the "legendary customer service" you are receiving while you are on hold (before they drop your call AGAIN). As for this branch, I came in to open an account and had to wait a half-hour for the privilege. The guy who finally deigned to open an account for me was supposed to contact the other person to be added to the account and facilitate that. Instead he did nothing, and then went on vacation.
